Role Details:

The Entertainment Site Strategy team is seeking a Coordinator to join our growing team. Site Strategy is a part of the larger CBS Interactive Integrated Marketing team that oversees advertising solutions for the CBS portfolio of premium brands.

The Entertainment Site Strategy team is responsible for developing and advancing sponsorship strategy for CBS Digital Entertainment brands (CBS, CBS All Access, Entertainment Tonight, ET Live, Inside Edition, Rachael Ray, Dr. Phil and The Doctors), empowering and educating Integrated Marketing and Sales on Entertainment solutions for brands, and innovating and improving our digital offerings in response to evolving client needs. The Site Strategy team manages the sales process from ideation to execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in this fast-paced and quickly evolving marketplace. This role will support and specialize in post-sales, helping to manage the execution of multiple activations.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Work closely with many groups across CBSi to ensure every program we sell is in alignment with the CBS’ brand and is approved by all appropriate parties

  • Collect and manage assets, monitor and coordinate any necessary adjustments to content or paid strategies to ensure peak performance for our clients

  • Execute and coordinate paid marketing campaigns across all digital platforms

  • Support delivery of sponsorship programs from start to finish - from ideation, to delivery, to recap reports and positioning for renewals

  • Participate in brainstorm sessions bringing innovative proactive ideas forward that align with CBS’ strategic initiatives and audience while organically integrating the advertiser

  • Take effective notes, and attend weekly internal meetings with content and product teams

  • Maintain revenue and post-sales tracker

  • Collect necessary data points from various teams and analytics platforms used at CBSi for campaign reporting purposes

  • Create comprehensive wrap reports for clients, understanding how best to position and explain campaign delivery to advertisers in a clear and concise way


What you bring to the team:

You have -

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in digital media, or relevant marketing or analytics field

  • Experience in paid digital media marketing across the social platforms

  • Strong project management abilities

  • Laser focus and attention to detail are a must

  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders

  • Familiarity with digital media and ability to generate perspectives on overall media landscape (TV, Audio, OTT, Emerging Trends)

  • Understanding of the basic principles of marketing, including research, public relations, branding, pricing and product development, as well as sales and selling cycles

You might also have -

  • Experience within the Entertainment Industry is preferred

  • Experience working with/on Sales or Integrated Marketing teams

  • Experience ideating and working on custom content programs that run on digital or linear platforms

  • Strong copywriting and presentation skills

  • Data storytelling and communication skills and a keen understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives

  • Strong skills in PowerPoint & Excel

  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt internal processes
