This role involves a wide range of responsibilities. Product Design Interns support our team at various stages of the process, from research, to design, to final production. Interns will have the opportunity to design for a multitude of platforms: web, mobile (iOS and Android), and even living room devices like Apple TV, Roku, Xbox, and PlayStation.
Enhance your creative curiosity by learning UX fundamentals and turning them into gorgeous visual designs
Transform UX concepts to high-fidelity mockups for team reviews and cross-functional presentations
Learn basic to advanced prototyping tools like (Principle, webflow, marvel, and invision)
Ability to listen effectively and be able to offer and accept feedback openly
Eager to learn new skills and take the initiative on projects as needed
Shadow senior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product management, to take work from ideation to reality
Create product designs that are scalable across platforms and can be maintained in smart ways
Handle a fast-paced environment and maintain an exceptional work ethic
Research the competitive landscape, create user flows and work towards product designs that take into consideration evolving functionality, technological innovation and their effects on the product or company revenue.
- This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines
What you bring to the team:
You have -
Basic working knowledge of sketch
A passion for innovation with an attitude that good enough is NEVER good enough
Working towards a degree in the arts or computer science
Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Must be at least 18 years old
