Overview and Responsibilities

Paramount Pictures is excited to look for an amazing Coordinator to join our wonderful Product Fulfillment team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for content fulfillment through research, order, delivery, and tracking of digital assets (video, audio, metadata and text files) to Paramount licensees in FVOD (Free Video on Demand), SVOD (Subscription VOD), PAYTV, Basic Cable, and Free TV media in accordance with contractual requirements and obligations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Research content availability and issue purchase orders or duplication authorization letters
Establish technical profiles through onboarding by discussing client technical specifications and requirements
Communicate with licensees on ordering, delivering and resolving rejections
Maintain the tracking records and keeping them up-to-date with deliveries and rejections
Collaborate with the manager on identifying and resolving client’s concerns
Cooperate with other departments within Studios Operations and Business Groups
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years' experience in servicing digital platforms
Technical knowledge of digital files (video, audio, and subtitles)
Ability to read and interpret deal terms and license agreements with respect to content delivery obligations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet software
Knowledge of SAP purchase order and Xytech
Must be able to work independently, adhere to strict deadlines and solve problems
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to focus under pressure
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills (written and oral)
Strong attention to detail
