The Executive Administrative Assistant support various executives across CBS Operations & Engineering to include SVP East Coast Operations, VP Studio Operation, VP Engineering & Advanced Technology, VP Engineering, and VP Broadcast Distribution.

These responsibilities include administrative functions such as:

  • Phone coverage, scheduling meetings and conference calls and managing calendars

  • Draft correspondence and emails as needed

  • Travel arrangements (Flights, car service, hotels, etc.)

  • Filing and ordering of office supplies

  • Preparation and filing of expense reports

  • Call for services or repair for copier and other equipment as required

  • Purchasing card reconciliation

Candidate should have a technical background to assist in preparing equipment evaluation reports, Technical Presentations, Ordering of equipment.

  • Logistics support and planning for on-site industry meetings (NATAS, SMPTE, etc.)

  • Write Capital Project Requests

  • Process and track Project accounting

  • Expense and time tracking for Engineering support services that need to be billed to other departments

  • Timesheet /Invoice and Expense Processing for Consultants



  • You must be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, and have excellent Outlook, Excel, and Word skills Write Capital Project Requests

  • Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Assistant with some service in the entertainment business and/or a technical industry

  • Superior attention to detail, follow through and customer service

  • Excellent phone manner and the ability to build relationships
