Manage the marketing strategy for International markets for the CBS Streaming Service.
Develop and execute go-to-market and always-on data driven campaigns that builds brand awareness and drives new customer acquisition to the CBS Streaming Service.
Oversee internal and external media teams optimizing media mix for each market to drive growth across online and offline channels including paid, earned and owned marketing.
Manage, coach and develop a team of marketers.
Collaborate with partners, external agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand and directional alignment
Manage international marketing P&L, optimizing spend across channels to meet subscriber targets and managing monthly and annual budgets and forecasts partnering with finance.
Collaborate with Content Strategy, Programming and Originals marketing leads to ensure creative execution is on show brand
Lead creative development process with internal and external teams
Provide subject matter expertise on SVOD marketplace and brand and customer acquisition strategies.
Partner with Business Intelligence and Marketing Operations team to develop, update and improve reporting that tracks KPIs and business metrics to uncover actionable trends, insights and forecasts.
Manage campaigns from development to execution to ensure timely and precise campaign launches.
Perform and review analysis on the success of our marketing campaigns and develop data driven recommendations
Develop and maintain A/B testing roadmap and prioritize relevant tests alongside cross-functional teams
Partner with internal research and insights teams to develop a deep understanding of the target customer in each market
What you bring to the team:
You have -
12+ years of experience in Brand, Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing in global markets
A Bachelor’s degree. MBA a plus.
Deep expertise in digital marketing tactics including: SEM (Paid Search), Paid Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Snap, etc.), Content Marketing, Display, Native and Email
Experience managing significant paid media budgets, minimum of $20MM
Experience within the OTT, Entertainment Content, and SVOD industry is highly preferred
Demonstrated success leading high-performance digital teams in a growth environment
Ability to manage end to end campaigns overseeing strategy and execution.
Analytically savvy and understands how to drive and measure subscription service KPIs and leverage consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain and reactivate through various marketing channels
Strong business acumen and proven leadership skills
Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
Excellent oral and written communications skills with a high regard for attention to detail
Excellent team player with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively to drive projects to successful completion
