Role Details
Director, Global Business Operations Analysis will play a pivotal role in conducting business planning and analyses as directed by ViacomCBS’ GMO leadership. The role will analyze existing operations, develop recommendations for the future state, integrated ViacomCBS design, and define execution plan for future state recommendations, with supporting analysis. The person will target content distribution operations and technology across markets. A key role will be to identify plans to execute process improvement initiatives.
This role will work with most levels of an organization, from senior management to hands on execution, and must have proven success at delivering transformation activities. As an organizational change management specialist, this position is responsible for the analyzing existing operations, developing and executing all aspects of the change initiatives in close partnership with the VP of Business Operations Analysis and senior leaders at CBS.
Day to Day Activities:
Analyze operational improvements and efficiency savings by targeting the highest areas of opportunity
Conduct business planning and analyses as directed by GMO leadership
Partner with department leaders to identify operational efficiencies
Develop recommendations for the future state, integrated ViacomCBS design
Define analysis and support change management and execution plan for future state recommendations for the department
Outline high-level rollout plans to execute process improvement initiatives
Build operational enhancements and a performance dashboard to compare and analyze global media supply chain
Target content distribution operations and technology across markets
Identify operational efficiencies using relevant metrics and KPI’s
Articulate target outcomes and roadmaps for achieving the transformation initiatives
Create financial analysis with technical and business leaders to achieve transformation priorities
Work to develop strategic analyses to successfully deliver the targeted business outcomes

Performance metrics and tracking analyses
Supply change analysis and recommendations for change
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration
5 years Tech/IT/Analytical Business Transformation
Experience in Media Supply chain and operations enhancements
Experience developing business process modeling, process maps, visual flow representation
Detailed process documentation
Experience leading / working with technology and media companies
Ability to breakdown large complex systems, workflows and/or processes for the relevant audience with a pristine communication strategy
Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
Strong writing skills including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries
Minimum 5 years of direct experience with identifying, leading, and implementing large change management initiatives, preferably in large, complex organizations
Minimum 3 years’ direct experience working with Agile, Lean, and agile teams at scale
Ability to learn quickly and turn new learnings into change management
Flexible and adaptable: able to work in ambiguous situations
Resilient and tenacious: ability to persevere
