Work closely with the Director of Marketing Distribution to complete delivery of marketing assets to all Showtime’s worldwide distributors under aggressive deadlines; the Supervisor will be responsible for uploading and delivering promo files to client servers and distributing asset delivery correspondences
Maintain asset deliverable schedules and distribute to all partners
Open promo jobs through Company’s database system, and work closely with Creative Services Project Managers to ensure job requests are in progress and closed when completed
The Supervisor will work closely with Rights and Clearances, Licensing, Business Affairs and Legal to obtain clearance details as they pertain to licensed content
Manage the routing and review of all rough cuts with the creative leads to ensure the repurposed promos are on brand, while ensuring worldwide clearance. Supervisor is responsible for consulting with series leads for all music and scene replacement options for international versions
Ensure all deliveries to worldwide distribution partners have accurate embargo dates, as necessary. Additionally, work with PR, On-Air and Digital services as necessary for any changes in embargo schedules
Attend and participate in daily Red Post production meetings
Track and manage the delivery of key art for worldwide distribution.
Prepare corresponding promo documentation, including creating promo music cue sheets for all repurposed promos. All documents must be archived to departmental server.
Technical knowledge of digital video and audio elements, marketing creative distribution and creative asset production experience.
A functional knowledge of the distribution business
A functional knowledge of non-linear editing (Adobe Premiere)
Demonstrated administrative, communication, and organizational skills required. Proactive and a self starter.
