DESCRIPTION:

CBS3 TV in Philadelphia is looking for a Newscast Director.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing fast paced newscasts, driven by breaking news, as well as public affairs shows, webcasts, and sports specials. If you can execute a clean tight newscast in a fast paced environment and want to play a part in a dynamic, winning news operation we want to hear from you. QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates should:

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in a medium or major market.

  • Be experienced with news computer programs and software (example INEWS).

  • Possess the ability to adapt to automation and new technologies.

  • Be willing to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
