  • Lead take off staff in keep shipping lines moving

  • Maintain a constant flow of cartons in UPS trailer, on carousel and on shipping lines

  • Keep reject line in shipping clear of cartons

  • Must keep a look out for jams on conveyor lines throughout the shift

  • Follow and understand all SOP’s and meet labor management standards

  • Ensure pallets are being properly stacked/wrapped on dock

  • Communicate with Shipping Coordinator with any issues

  • Assist with training new employees and temps

  • Must have a can do attitude

scheduled hours Monday - Friday from 5:00am - 1:00pm



  • PC Skills.

  • Ability to operate shipping equipment

  • Ability to lift fifty (50) Lbs.

  • Capable of reading fine print.

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to stand on feet all day

  • Able to follow all CBS Company policies and procedures

  • Able to follow all safety standards

  • Overtime as needed (both voluntary and mandatory)
