CBS Business Affairs is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the co-head, EVP, Business Affairs.

  • Assist with calendar management and meeting organization

  • Field calls

  • Complete expense reports

  • Manage correspondence

  • Coordinate department events

  • Complete other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc departmental projects



  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience is required

  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook

  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask, accurately prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to handle confidential information

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Knowledge of current and past television and film properties

  • FUNCTION: Administration
