DESCRIPTION:
CBS Business Affairs is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the co-head, EVP, Business Affairs.
Assist with calendar management and meeting organization
Field calls
Complete expense reports
Manage correspondence
Coordinate department events
Complete other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc departmental projects

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 4 years of administrative experience is required
Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask, accurately prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Knowledge of current and past television and film properties
