DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and manage effective reporting of CBS Entertainment Group’s consolidated financial position

  • Partner with finance teams in preparation of advanced financial modeling/analysis including but not limited to show, greenlight, participant, and deal analysis

  • Manage monthly close, forecasts, annual budget, and long-range plan processes for CBS TV Studios and CBS Entertainment

  • Contribute to the development of improved business reporting solutions for more timely reporting of key financial metrics and KPI to senior management

  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiencies in financial processes and streamline financial models

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance /accounting required

  • 5+ years of finance and/or accounting experience in the entertainment industry

  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required

  • Experience in Oracle, Cognos, and TM1 a plus

  • Strong relationship building skills and a team player

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and meet strict deadlines

  • Public accounting experience and/or MBA a plus
