CBS Television Stations consists of 29 owned-and-operated stations, including 16 that are part of the CBS Television Network, eight affiliates of The CW Network, three independent stations and two MyNetworkTV affiliates. Among its stations are WCBS-TV and WLNY-TV (New York), KCBS-TV and KCAL-TV (Los Angeles), WBBM-TV (Chicago), KYW-TV and WPSG-TV (Philadelphia), KTVT-TV and KTXA-TV (Dallas-Ft. DESCRIPTION:
Daily on-air reporting position. Responsible for enterprising story ideas, story setup, gathering necessary story elements in the field, script writing, and engaging on-camera presentation including live from the field. May be required to operate as a multimedia journalist on occasion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum three years prior reporting experience. College degree or equivalent. Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a track record of news source development. Strong writing skills and understanding of television news reporting techniques are essential. This is not an entry level position. Experience as a multimedia journalist is desired.
