As Director, Creative Production, you will work cross-functionally across departments and divisions, managing creative execution and delivery of video and print marketing assets for CBS All Access’ original series. This role serves as a liaison between CBS All Access and the ViacomCBS Network Marketing groups, collaborating with executives, creative directors, and production teams to deliver clear, creative direction and production expertise resulting in content that consistently exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate has a background that showcases both creative and logistical excellence.
Facilitate efficient and effective communication between CBSi and ViacomCBS Marketing groups to guide marketing campaigns from ideation, through production, to on-time, on-budget delivery
Lead creative feedback process. Consolidate, refine, and deliver notes to key content creators including department heads, creative directors, and design leads
Oversee product quality and best practices for brand consistency across marketing campaigns
Leverage and implement best-practices and technology across divisions to increase effective production, budgeting and tracking of assets
Collaborate with content strategists, marketing executives, and production teams to optimize timing and strategy for mondo shoots, BTS interviews, and roll out of video/print marketing assets.
Work with senior leadership to constantly evolve & refine workflow
What you bring to the team:
You have -
5+ years experience as a Creative Director a leading media organization and/or creative agency
Proven ability and experience collaborating with teams and delivering constructive, clear, and effective creative feedback
Demonstrated experience in video production and post-production in a successful environment
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize against goals
Strong communication skills and ability to foster healthy relationships cross-functionally
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communications skills with strong attention to detail
A passion for television and the entertainment industry
You might also have -
Experience video editing with Adobe Premiere or Avid software
Experience using team collaboration platforms like Asana or JIRA
Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Groups, Chat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with streaming subscription services
