Overview: 

The Production Project Management & Design Operations within the Marketing, Data & Operations organization, is a team that serves as the throughline (with the combination of project and program management) supporting the organization’s diverse functions and touch points into Paramount+ and Pluto TV. We are at the cross-section of several functions, including (but not limited to) Consumer & Creative Marketing, Marketing Production and Operations, Content Strategy, Data & Insights group, Marketing Acquisitions & Campaign Services, Audience Strategy & Search and more, all anchored around our Paramount+ subscription streaming service and Pluto TV, our ad-supported streaming service. Role and Responsibilities:

The Production Project Management & Design Operations team is actively seeking a Project Coordinator for Digital Display Creative to work cross-functionally with Consumer Marketing, Creative Marketing, external agencies, Product and Content groups on creative production. In your role as the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting project managers in the oversight of asset creation for multi-channel marketing campaigns by providing up-to-date calendars and scheduling for projects, tracking project statuses, risks, and deadlines, assessing designer workload and team capacity, making sure art directors and designers have requirements and information needed to complete tasks, and other duties as assigned. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys digital creative development, has a passion for entertainment, and who wants to have fun in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Your Day-To-Day:

• Work closely with Creative Design team leadership in resource planning
• Understand and interpret creative briefs of requested assets via Asana, Airtable, and Jira software
• Partner cross-functionally with managers and directors of campaign project management, program marketing, production
• Aide creative project workflow by tracking all steps in the creative life cycle
• Set up and facilitate status meetings, creative reviews, track action items and share notes
• Participate with Project Managers in partner communication regarding timelines, status updates, and potential risks to the project, and partner with internal teams to identify issues early and suggest workable solutions
• Assist project managers in the coordination of tasks as needed, including but not limited to: tracking project statuses, flagging risks and upcoming deadlines, assisting workload and team capacity
• Assist in the intake and management of creative requests for a high-volume creative team

Basic Qualifications:

• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and G Drive applications
• Experience working with Project Management systems such as Airtable, Asana, or Jira
• Knowledge in graphic design

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $26.50/hr. 

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
