Position: Report to manager on status and productivity of the percentage completion of replenishments and to make
Make sure safety policies are followed plus make sure standards and operational goals are obtained along
with the following but not limited to
Responsibilities: Lead a team of support to perform job functions to insure operational goals are met
Experience with equipment (electric jacks, RF hand jacks, etc.)
Monitor put away personnel to make sure standard operating procedures (SOP’S) are being followed
Move personnel to clear replenishment lines where needed and to insure constant work flow
Monitor reports to track and verify that all replenishment labels are accounted for
Train new employees and and monitor their progression and productivity to make sure they as well as
full time employees are meeting productivity standards
Inspect area to make sure safety policies are being followed to ensure the safety of all who work in the department
Communicate with shift manager and supervisor during the night and the next shift manager and supervisor to go over any issues that came up during
night and pass down what is left to be done so they can continue to compete replenishments
Inform maintenance of any issues that come up during the shift that are needed to be fixed to keep everything flowing
Track productivity at the end of the shift and send reports to manager for observation
Knowledge of WM Manhattan System, Excel and Outlook
Scheduled Hours: Monday though Friday from 1:00pm tp 9:00pm
High School Diploma preferred
Able to lift 50 lbs. continuously including over head
Able to stand on feet for entire shift
Able to use RF scanner
Able to use pallet jack
Able to work independently
Flexible to picking replenishment regarding ASAP orders
Able to follow all safety policies and procedures
Able to effectively communicate when needed
Overtime as needed (both voluntary and mandatory)
