The position reports into the Director, Contracts Administration whom will be tasked with assisting the Director in a very active department that processes and manages all of the syndication license agreements and data for all CTD-distributed programs and supports the CTD Sales force.
Draft standard acceptance letters for license agreements
Draft other letters and documents as required
Create and assemble license agreement files and labels
Respond to station licensee inquires and sales representative phone calls
Advise and follow-up on the status of agreements with Sales and Sales offices
Process pending sales forms following approval by senior Sales management
Coordinate department responses to internal and third-party audit requests
Update deal tracking status in a proprietary system
Maintain accurate records of documents from issuance to full execution
Assist in station license time period changes and work with Sales to resolve out-of-contract issues

Scan, copy and distribute agreements as requested
Such other responsibilities as may be assigned
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A strong attention to detail is required, along with the ability to multi-task in a time-intensive, demanding environment. Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written. A junior college or college degree from an accredited school is required. A solid work history (3 -5 years) and excellent references are necessary. Prior syndication/television experience is a plus.
