Provide technical service support to staff and clients.
Handle all internet networking wired and wireless set up.
Assist other team members with project/task.
Document all issues reported to IT Help Desk system.
Ensure all issues are resolved within a timely manner.
Work with Management Information Systems, Telecom, and Systems support teams.
Attend special events for STEM interns.
Must be enrolled full-time at a college or university throughout the duration of the internship.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge and experience on various OS' (MS Windows, MAC and Linux).
Knowledge and experience on internet/network concepts, protocols and applications on LAN, WLAN and WAN (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Email, VoIP, Firewall, Routing, Switching, VLAN …).
Eager to learn and gain exposure to IT services and support.
Previous technical network experience is required.
