Division Overview:

The Audience Development team oversees the digital strategy for YouTube and social platforms by analyzing data and providing insights and best practices to digital video and social teams.

Role Details:

  • Assisting coordinators and managers in daily channel management - creating of playlists, optimizing end slates, community engagement

  • Daily upkeep of YouTube schedules, tracking documents

  • Competitive research

  • Assisting in a last minute tasks

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Regular check ins with team members

  • Updating YouTube channels across the suite of E&Y channels to keep fresh content at the forefront

  • Checking comments from fans and reporting any insights back

  • Review content and provide feedback


  • This is a paid internship and can also be for university credit if it meets your university's guidelines


What you bring to the team:

You have -

  • Attention to detail is a must

  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office, Adobe Premiere.

  • Fan of pop culture and music

  • Proactive and able to take on projects

  • Being flexible and able jump into projects as needed

You might also have -

  • Previous internship experience where you worked on the YouTube platform to ensure familiarity with YouTube terminology and features

Additional Requirements:

  • Intern must be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or bootcamp

  • Must be at least 18 years old
